• 3+ years of progressive supply chain experience
• Data-driven problem solver with forecasting, service, and efficiency improvements
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; D365 preferred
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on, results-oriented leader with continuous improvement mindset
• Leadership and accountability, strategic and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and build accountability
• Improve customer service through better material availability and forecasting
• Drive procurement cost-reduction and supplier performance improvements
• Optimize inventory, procurement, and production planning
• Lead inventory reduction initiatives for excess and obsolete stock
• Enhance demand planning and inventory accuracy through ERP/MRP usage
• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with growth and financial goals
• Adopt AI, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting and decision-making
• Establish metrics and operating rhythms to close performance gaps
