Qualifications

• Ten or more years in supply chain leadership or healthcare supply chain
• Experience implementing enterprise systems and leveraging data for strategic decisions
• Strong collaboration across clinical, operational, IT and executive teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to align tech with patient care priorities
• Define and implement the vision/roadmap for supply chain tech, data, and analytics
• Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP, inventory, and procurement systems
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead analytics initiatives to drive cost, utilization, supplier performance, and efficiency
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for visibility
• Lead and mentor high‑performing teams across technical and analytical functions
