Job summary

Avathon, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Supply Chain & Operations to shape the next generation of Physical AI products for global supply chains, logistics, and industrial operations.

You will own the product strategy for autonomous planning, optimization, and agentic AI, collaborating with AI scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions. You will translate complex real-world challenges into scalable products, partnering with forward-deployed teams and industry leaders

Qualifications

• MBA is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, supply chain strategy, operations, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and operational processes.
• Experience defining and deploying products incorporating AI, machine learning, optimization, or advanced analytics preferred.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Avathon's supply chain & operations portfolio.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, APIs, workflows, agents, and success metrics.
• Work with customers and industry experts to validate product concepts and prioritize capabilities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.
• Track industry trends, competitive offerings, customer priorities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and use data to continuously improve the product.
