Tenneco Inc. in the United States seeks a P3 Integrated Supply Chain Deployment Leader to drive plant certification and standardize the operating model across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Handling, ERP and Inventory Integrity.

You will translate maturity standards into roadmaps, govern KPIs, and coach site leaders at Gemba to sustain certification and eliminate waste. This role requires end-to-end supply chain leadership, cross-site collaboration, and the ability to travel 50-75%;

Formación

• End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership across demand, supply planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Lean/Six Sigma expertise; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred; APICS CPIM/CSCP a plus.
• Willing to travel 50%–75% across the cluster.

Responsabilidades

• Drive plant certification by enabling Plant Supply Chain Leaders and pillar owners to stabilize execution, standardize the operating model, simplify processes and systems, and certify sites against P3 maturity requirements.
• Establish clear governance, RASCI, KPI reviews, escalation paths, action management, and review cadence to ensure accountability.
• Coordinate cross-site deployment of the P3 Integrated Supply Chain model and transfer best practices across plants.
