Tenneco Inc. seeks an End-to-End Plant Supply Chain leader to drive the P3 Integrated Supply Chain across planning, materials, and logistics. You will align demand, production, and supplier networks with clear accountability and governance, ensuring reliable delivery and optimized costs.

You will lead a cross-functional team, embed lean practices, and coach leaders to sustain improvements and certifications while balancing capacity, inventory, and working capital goals.

Qualifications

• End-to-end plant supply chain leadership across planning, scheduling, inventory, and logistics.
• Strong ERP, Excel and analytics capabilities with cross-functional influence.
• Fluent in English with clear communication anddecision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant P3 Integrated Supply Chain OS across planning, material handling, ERP and inventory integrity.
• Synchronize demand, production, suppliers, and logistics with one governance rhythm.
• Protect customer delivery while improving inventory, cost and cash outcomes.
• Develop leaders, set expectations, coach performance, and ensure accountability.
