Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Houston site to lead the end-to-end flow of materials and information. You will own the master production plan, coordinate purchasing, inventory, and logistics, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in planning, production scheduling, and supplier performance, with ERP and SAP experience to optimize service, cost, and working capital while

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of people leadership experience managing planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or supply chain teams.
• Experience with ERP-based planning and inventory management processes; SAP experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping and receiving at the Houston site.
• Own the master production plan and demand fulfillment strategy with KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Commercial teams to align activities with objectives.
• Drive improvements to service levels, cost, and working capital while mitigating risk.
• Lead and mentor teams and ensure safety and quality leadership on the shop floor.
