Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 6+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven team leadership for two+ years.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, information systems, and business practices.
• Ability to promote change and develop team skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and materials management, including supplier evaluation and price negotiation.
• Coordinate production planning and MRP data accuracy.
• Monitor shipping/receiving performance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support lean principles and cost-reduction programs.
