Job summary

Parker Hannifin’s Parker Aerospace division seeks a Procurement Manager to oversee raw materials, parts, and operating supplies for production. You will drive lean procurement, partner with suppliers and internal teams, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while guiding a team managed by the Division Sourcing & Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of supply chain managerial experience.
• Bachelor degree required, preferably in business, engineering, or materials management; SCM certification preferred.
• Analytical and technical skills to optimize business practices and automation.
• Functional understanding of cost accounting and practical application.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Problem solving and lean-minded with continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across SLISC, PCI, OTP, OTR and lead time.
• Lead procurement and materials management activities including orders and supplier follow-up.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives to maximize division value.
• Maintain supplier relationships and robust communication processes.
• Develop automated systems to plan and track material flow end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional projects and participate in data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate daily to meet division goals and mentor team members.
