Day & Zimmermann Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supply Chain professional responsible for managing purchase orders, subcontracts, supplier solicitations, and review of terms within EPC and Commercial markets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements and schedules.

The role leads procurement lifecycle from RBL to closeout, directs negotiations, and guides a team while ensuring SAP and Supply Chain processes comply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Power & Industrial Supply Chain.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads execution strategies to improve supply chain performance.
• Leads the proposal efforts including supply chain estimates and strategy.
• Oversight of procurement/subcontract lifecycle from RBL to closeout.
• Reviews client terms for flow-down provisions and risk mitigation.
• Leads and mentors direct reports, monitors team performance.
• Communicates with Supply Chain leadership to mitigate issues.
