Job summary

DCLI in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the company's procurement function, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, optimize total cost of ownership, and drive efficient acquisition of goods and services.

The role partners with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Commercial, IT and Legal to reduce risk, improve supply chain performance, oversee procurement operations, SOPs, contracts, and continuous improvement through data analytics and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
• Strong experience with supplier negotiations, RFQs, RFPs, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, scenario modeling, and dashboards.
• Experience leveraging AI-supported analytics within Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all procurement activities, providing strategic direction and daily operational oversight.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve quality, service levels, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, warranties, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Oversee purchase order governance, procurement workflows, and post-order supply chain tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs focused on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Track procurement performance metrics and perform TCO analyses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and executive leadership to drive value and risk reduction.
