You will lead sourcing strategies, oversee procurement lifecycles, review contract terms, and mentor staff to drive performance and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or equivalent business experience required.
• 5+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads sourcing strategies to improve supply chain performance; drives process improvement and accountability.
• Leads the proposal efforts including the development of the Supply Chain estimate, project procurement plan and strategy, and supplier negotiations.
• Oversees Procurement/Subcontract lifecycle from RBL to PO/Subcontract closeout; administers procurements for Munitions customers.
• Reviews customer terms to flow-down provisions for procurement; provides guidance on disputes and risk management.
