Job summary

CIRCOR Naval Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor to manage daily supplier follow-ups and ensure on-time delivery of materials for production commitments. You will maintain accurate delivery status and escalate risks when needed.

You will support the procurement, planning, and supplier quality teams by updating ERP data, tracking shortages, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. This role requires collaboration and a proactive approach to ensure schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, expediting, purchasing, or production planning.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier follow-up and delivery management; confirm delivery dates and PO commitments.
• Monitor open POs, focusing on late, upcoming, and high-priority items.
• Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate expected delivery dates (EDD).
• Support Buyers to ensure timely order confirmations and supplier responsiveness.
