Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor for our Warren, MA facility. The role focuses on daily supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery of materials supporting production and commitments.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Supplier Quality to maintain delivery status, identify risks, and communicate with suppliers. 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute Supplier Follow-Up & Delivery Management
• Monitor open purchase orders and focus on past due items
• Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate expected delivery dates (EDD)
• Support Buyers in ensuring timely order confirmations and supplier responsiveness
• Flag late deliveries and escalate issues to senior expeditors and Supply Chain leadership
• Maintain supplier delivery status and generate reports for late orders and shortages
• Coordinate with Planning and Production Control to align material availability with schedules
• Follow standard expediting processes and maintain records of supplier communications
• Support supplier performance tracking and basic root cause discussions
