Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is hiring a Supply Chain Expeditor for Pumps (Subs) IPT Roles at our Warren, MA facility.

The role focuses on executing daily supplier follow-up to ensure timely material deliveries supporting production commitments, while coordinating with Procurement, Planning, and Supplier Quality to maintain accurate delivery status. Responsibilities include monitoring POs, escalating delivery risks, updating ERP/MRP with EDD, and supporting Buyers with confirmations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, expediting, or production planning.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine supplier follow-up and delivery management to confirm delivery dates and adherence to order commitments.
• Identify late or at-risk deliveries and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate supplier delivery status within ERP/MRP systems and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with Planning and Production Control to align material availability with production schedules.
• Support expediting standard work, process discipline, and documentation.
• Assist in supplier performance tracking and root-cause discussions as needed.
