Job summary

Mountainview Regional Medical Center seeks a Director of Supply Chain in Las Cruces, NM to lead procurement, inventory, vendor relations, and expense controls. You will drive process improvements, align supply chain activities with clinical needs, and oversee regulatory compliance across the department.

You will collaborate with hospital leaders, co-chair the SEC, and supervise staff to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or seven years of related experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily supply chain operations including inventory management, procurement, vendor relations and expense controls.
• Collaborates with department leaders to identify cost-reduction strategies and improve processes.
• Co-chairs SEC to evaluate and approve product changes.
• Supports capital equipment purchases including contracts, leases and maintenance agreements.
• Ensures alignment with organizational policies and drives operational excellence.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies.
