Cibola General Hospital in Grants, New Mexico is seeking a Director of Materials Management to lead the hospital’s supply chain, procurement, and inventory operations. You will optimize costs, build vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting high-quality patient care in a small, community-focused hospital.

The role requires strategic oversight, supervisory experience, and strong collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, and clinical teams to meet ever-changing patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years in hospital materials management or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-containment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, contracting, and sourcing for medical supplies and services.
• OverseeInventory control, distribution, and vendor contract compliance.
• Develop budgets, track supply costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial leadership to balance clinical needs with cost controls.
