Job summary

Axiom is seeking Supply Chain Attorneys to work with our clients across automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services sectors. The ideal candidate will advise on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers.

You'll draft and negotiate supply chain agreements, review procurement terms, and guide regulatory compliance on transportation, import/export controls, and international trade.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience advising on supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related commercial matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution agreements.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
