Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an attorney handling procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or commercial contracting matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier and procurement agreements, preferably involving raw materials, components, finished goods, or manufacturing.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement, sourcing, supplier, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, operations, and business teams on strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Advise on supplier risk and contract issues across the contracting lifecycle.
• Provide legal guidance on procurement policies, compliance, disputes, and supplier performance.
