Job summary

Axiom seeks highly skilled supply chain attorneys to advise major clients on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. You will draft, negotiate, and review supply chain agreements, mobility, and related procurement contracts. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, and logistics law, with strong knowledge of UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA.

U.S. bar admission is required; in-house experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience advising on supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related commercial matters, preferably with in-house experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international supply chain regulations, including UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution agreements.
• Advise on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics (federal regs, import/export controls, environmental rules, customs, and international trade).
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, recalls, disruptions, and ethical sourcing compliance.
