Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Procurement Attorney to draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement and supplier agreements for global tech, consumer goods, and professional services clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships. The role requires 4+ years of procurement/contracting experience and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or commercial contracting matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier and procurement agreements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement, sourcing, supplier, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, operations, and business teams on strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
• Advise on supplier risk, pricing, warranties, indemnification, and business continuity.
• Provide legal guidance on procurement policies, disputes, and supplier performance throughout contracting lifecycle.
