Job summary

Axiom in Detroit seeks experienced Supply Chain Attorneys to advise on contracts and compliance for clients across automotive, retail, technology and services sectors.

You will draft and negotiate procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution agreements; navigate UCC, Incoterms, FCPA; support regulatory matters and supplier disputes.

Active U.S. bar and 3+ years of relevant experience required; the role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Must provide legal counsel and support on supply chain and transportation contracts.
• Must advise on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements (supplier, vendor, distribution, logistics, service).
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution agreements.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics (federal regulations, import/export controls, environmental rules, customs, trade).
• Help clients mitigate supply chain risks (supplier disputes, recalls, disruptions, ethical sourcing compliance).
