Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Supply Chain/Transportation Attorney to join our team full-time. You will advise on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers, and draft/negotiate related agreements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of U.S. practice in supply chain or logistics law, with strong knowledge of UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA, and will work across our global client base.

Qualifications

• Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on supply chain, transportation, or logistics law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation laws, Incoterms, UCC, and FCPA.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial supply chain agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution agreements.
• Advise on regulatory compliance related to transportation and logistics (federal regs, import/export controls, environmental, customs, and international trade).
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks including supplier disputes and recalls.
