Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an analytics leader to develop, analyze, and operationalize insights and models for customer-facing supply chain programs. The Lead will blend Snowflake data engineering, Power BI dashboard design, and advanced analytics with business fluency to translate ambiguous needs into scalable, measurable outcomes across cost, service, growth, and customer experience.

Beyond reporting, this role defines high-visibility programs, builds network and cost-to-serve models,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of data management and analysis experience; 3+ years in Supply Chain.
• Experience with CPG/consumer products a strong plus.
• Hands-on Snowflake and BI dashboard development experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and supply chain data structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics datasets in Snowflake.
• Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for daily ops and leadership reviews.
• Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, and vendor sources using multiple ingestion methods.
• Define reporting requirements and drive new analyses and automation to speed improvements.
• Develop cost-to-serve models and analyze orders, inventory, and lead times to improve service and reduce costs.
