Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an analytics leader to develop and operationalize insights, models, and reporting across supply chain programs. The Lead will blend Snowflake data engineering with advanced analytics to drive cost, service, growth, and customer experience.

Beyond reporting, this role defines high-visibility programs, builds network models, analyzes ordering behavior, and partners with multiple functions to reduce total delivered cost while improving on-shelf availability and lead

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in data management and analytics.
At least 3 years in a Supply Chain function.
Experience with consumer products (CPG) is a strong plus.
Exposure to network modeling / optimization tools is desirable.
Hands-on Snowflake and BI report/dashboard development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for operations and leadership review.
Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, and other sources with multiple ingestion methods.
Define reporting requirements and drive refreshable analyses and automation.
Develop cost-to-serve models and analyze order-to-cash processes.
Present insights and storytelling to leadership and customer-facing teams.
