Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an analytics leader to develop, analyze, and operationalize insights across customer-facing supply chain programs. The role combines Snowflake data engineering, Power BI dashboard design, and advanced analytics to drive cost, service, and customer experience improvements.

The Lead will build high-visibility supply chain programs, model network costs, and partner with Sales, Planning, Strategy, and Operations to reduce total delivered cost while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related).
• At least 5 years of data management and analysis experience is preferred with at least 3 years in a Supply Chain function.
• CPG/consumer products experience is a strong plus.
• Exposure to network modeling/scenario tools (e.g., Llamasoft) and order-to-cash processes is desirable.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience and advanced Power BI/report development is nice to have.
• Knowledge of SAP and supply chain data structures; advanced Excel skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics datasets in Snowflake.
• Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for daily operations and leadership reviews.
• Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, and other sources with minimal external dependencies.
• Define reporting requirements and drive new analyses and automation to accelerate improvements.
• Develop cost-to-serve models and network analyses to guide strategy and operations.
• Present insights and trends to leadership, translating analytics into actionable business recommendations.
