Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking an Analyst for the Breadbox supply chain to manage end-to-end operations, including PO creation, customer order processing, and inventory control. The role emphasizes organization, data reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with 3PLs and procurement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or business-related field is required.
• 2-5 years working experience preferable in supply chain or related area.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are essential.
• Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Access.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for the Breadbox program.
• Plan and create purchase orders, manage customer operations and inventory control.
• Coordinate with 3PLs on orders, expirations, shortages, damages and inbound receipts.
• Receive inbound POs in Oracle and reconcile variances with documentation.
• Assist in packaging material planning and replenishment processes with Supply Chain leadership.
