Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or a bachelor’s with 5 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Optimize commodity spending to deliver YoY savings through cost reductions and improvements.
• Develop and recommend cost-saving initiatives via negotiation and supplier value engineering.
• Apply price justification and negotiation expertise to ensure competitive supplier relationships.
• Manage supplier relationships, including quote analysis, contracts, and on-time delivery.
• Support production operations to ensure uninterrupted supply to repair depots and production lines.
• Execute all purchasing activities to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Select and develop vendors delivering quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Facilitate vendor capability and quality improvements through collaboration and feedback.
• Engage in team-based continuous improvement initiatives to foster excellence.
