Our client, a top company in the Palm Bay/ Melbourne/Titusville area, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support the strategic sourcing and contract administration. In this role you will strengthen operational discipline and drive smarter decision-making throughout the organization. In this role you will transform data into actionable insights, you will help improve purchasing performance, enhance compliance, and support margin growth across the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Advanced Excel and Power BI to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Work cross functionally with IT and Finance to improve data quality and controls for purchasing and inventory.
• Support operations by reviewing key metrics, exceptions, and performance trends.
• Identify operational gaps, recurring compliance issues, operational risks, escalating findings and supporting corrective actions.
• Track adherence to procurement compliance and proactively identify individuals or locations requiring additional training or reinforcement.
• Help document operational processes and internal controls across the company.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to focus on cost control, operational efficiency, and margin improvement.
• Assist with audits, ad hoc analysis, and strategic projects related to procurement and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business.
• Master’s degree in supply chain or finance is a plus.
• Experience working in analytics and reporting to drive results.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement and analytics.
