Responsibilities

• Optimize commodity spending to deliver YoY savings through cost reductions and improvements.
• Develop and recommend cost-saving initiatives via negotiation and supplier value engineering.
• Apply price justification and negotiation expertise to ensure competitive supplier relationships.
• Manage supplier relationships, including quote analysis, contracts, and on-time delivery.
• Support production operations to ensure uninterrupted supply to repair depots and production lines.
• Execute all purchasing activities to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Select and develop vendors delivering quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Facilitate vendor capability and quality improvements through collaboration and feedback.

• Develop and recommend cost-saving initiatives via negotiation, Value Analysis, long-term supply agreements, and supplier Value Engineering.
• Apply price justification and negotiation expertise to ensure competitive and sustainable supplier relationships.
• Manage commercial relationships with suppliers, including quotation analysis, contract development, and on-time delivery performance.
• Support production operations to ensure uninterrupted supply to repair depots and production lines.
• Execute all purchasing activities to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.
• Select and develop high-performing vendors that deliver quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Facilitate vendor capability and quality improvements through collaboration and feedback.
• Engage in team-based continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of excellence.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; or a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
