Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement experience.
• At least 1 year of RFQ/RFP preparation experience.
• Experience supporting commercial proposal negotiation, follow-up and control.
• SAP experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision-making and analytics.
• Perform purchase-to-pay procurement activities.
• Provide data and recommendations to support supplier selection decisions.
• Develop and administer agreements and statements of work with business and legal teams.
• Conduct spend analysis and market research.
• Develop business cases using Total Cost of Ownership and Net Present Value concepts.
• Identify opportunities for measurable cost savings.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Assist with maintenance of contract databases and terms documentation.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Support commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and supplier assessments.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding commercial and technical requirements.
• Support large RFQs/RFPs and other procurement projects.
• Participate in cross-departmental and process improvements.
