Imperial Brady is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst for on-site work at Arden Hills, MN or Romulus, MI. The role focuses on strategic and tactical work to support the purchasing team.

Full-time salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year. Responsibilities include creating reports to drive fill rates, reviewing usage against sales trends, and avoiding stockouts or overstock through forecasting insights and collaboration with Buyers and Sales teams.

Formación

• 1–3 years of Supply Chain or inventory-related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and respond promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain reporting to review opportunities to improve fill rates and service levels.
• Review usage adjustments based on sales trends and update in systems.
• Analyze historical sales trends, promotions, and forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess stock; communicate actionable insights to Purchasing and Sales teams.
• Provide analytical support for seasonal shifts for key accounts and forecast initiatives.
• Coordinate regional customer onboarding for item setup, buyer direction, and order tracking before go-live; monitor forecast accuracy after launch.
• Monitor customer route moves between warehouses and ensure inventory coverage for go-lives.
• Plan key items on ladder plans and suggest reorders and transfers to buyers.
