Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Supply Chain or inventory-related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reporting to review opportunities to improve fill rates and service levels.
• Review usage adjustments based on sales trends and update in systems.
• Analyze historical sales trends, promotions, and forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess stock; communicate actionable insights to Purchasing and Sales teams.
• Provide analytical support for seasonal shifts for key accounts and forecast initiatives.
• Coordinate regional customer onboarding for item setup, buyer direction, and order tracking before go-live; monitor forecast accuracy after launch.
• Monitor customer route moves between warehouses and ensure inventory coverage for go-lives.
• Plan key items on ladder plans and suggest reorders and transfers to buyers.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for both strategic planning and tactical actions supporting the purchasing team.

Full-Time Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

You will:

• Create & maintain reporting to review key customers for opportunities to improve fill rates and service levels
• Review for usage adjustments needed based on sales trends and update in S2K
• Review historical sales trends, promotional events, and projections with a key focus on avoidance of out-of-stock and overstock levels to support forecasts & communicate actionable suggestions to the Buying and Sales teams
• Provide analytical support for Seasonal shifts for key accounts for forecast initiatives
• Coordinate and review regional customer on-boards for item set-up, buyer direction, and order tracking ahead of go-live; then follow through once live for forecast accuracy and dead stock monitoring
• Monitor and report on customer route moves from one warehouse to another warehouse; ensure usage is aligned with the changes and inventory stock levels are sufficient prior to go-live
• Plan key items on ladder plans and provide suggestions to buyers for reorders, transfers, etc.

You have:

• 1 to 3 years of Supply Chain-related experience or Inventory management experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred
• Computer literacy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills: Speaks and writes clearly and effectively. Uses effective communication in order to initiate timely responses to inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and have a sense of urgency to follow up on open issues and drive toward closure.
• Collaborative approach: Able to build effective relationships with our purchasing team and other business partners.
• Problem-solving skills: Able to think quickly and use logic to solve problems thoroughly and efficiently.
