Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Planning, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production demand, capacity, inventory, and operations data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support capacity planning by evaluating equipment utilization, labor needs, and workcenter performance.
• Monitor workloads and assist with balancing across facilities to improve throughput.
• Provide capacity risk assessments and data-driven recommendations to meet customer demand.
• Support demand forecasting and planning through data analysis and monitoring.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain and manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support continuous improvement projects.
