Imperial Brady is hiring an on-site Supply Chain Analyst at our Arden Hills, MN office. The role supports the purchasing team with strategic and tactical analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in supply chain or inventory management, a related bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Supply Chain or inventory management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports to review key customers for opportunities to improve fill rates and service levels.
• Review usage adjustments based on sales trends and update in S2K.
• Analyze historical sales trends, promotions, and projections to avoid stockouts/overstock and support forecasts.
• Provide analytical support for seasonal shifts for forecast initiatives.
• Coordinate regional customer on-boards for item set-up, buyer direction, and go-live forecasting and tracking.
• Monitor and report on customer route moves between warehouses to ensure stock levels are sufficient before go-live.
• Plan ladder items and provide reorder/transfer recommendations to buyers.
