Job summary

NetJets is seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Manager to design, develop, and implement supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, manage supplier relationships, and improve overall performance. This role collaborates with maintenance and internal/external stakeholders to drive accountability and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field.
• 4–6 years of supply chain experience.
• Proven ability to manage supplier contracts and relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience driving cost savings and total cost of ownership reduction.
• Familiarity with lean, six sigma, cost modeling, and modern supply management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Understand cross-functional supplier relationships to drive accountability and reporting.
• Lead supplier reviews across maintenance, performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure contract compliance, service levels, invoicing guidelines and pricing.
• Develop commercial and supply chain acumen within the maintenance organization.
• Identify supply risks and drive mitigation with maintenance and suppliers.
• Collaborate with NetJets Maintenance to implement continuous improvement across the supply chain.
