Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. seeks a Strategic Supplier Relationship Manager to design and implement supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier relationships within Maintenance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in supplier management and a Bachelor's in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience managing third party supplier contracts and relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing supplier performance in a complex environment.
• Understanding of supply chain best practices and technology trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver savings.

Responsibilities

• Understand cross-functional supplier relationships to drive accountability and reporting.
• Lead business reviews with strategic suppliers, including performance and risk assessments.
• Ensure contract compliance across service levels, invoicing, pricing, and commitments.
• Support development of commercial and supply chain acumen in maintenance org.
• Identify supply risks and mitigation strategies with Maintenance and suppliers.
• Collaborate with NetJets Maintenance to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
