NetJets is seeking a Category Leader, Senior in Columbus, OH to develop and execute global supplier and category strategies. You will lead sourcing, negotiate contracts, and manage complex supplier relationships exceeding $20M in spend.

This role supports continuous improvement within Global Procurement for efficiency, cost, and performance gains. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Economics and have 4–6 years of purchasing experience in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics is required.
• Experience managing a global supplier portfolio with complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes category and supplier strategies across a global portfolio.
• Leads sourcing and contracting to meet product/service requirements and savings targets.
• Partners with suppliers to drive service, quality, cost, delivery, and innovation improvements.
