Job summary

Dent Wizard International seeks a Senior Manager, Supplier Relations to lead supplier strategy, governance and performance across a diverse supplier base. You will negotiate contracts, develop supplier scorecards, provide analytics to senior leadership, and coach the Supply Chain Specialist while coordinating with Finance, Legal and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive supplier relationship management, category management, or procurement.
• Proven experience negotiating complex supplier contracts and SLAs.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze ROI, costs, and investments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier strategies to achieve volume and profitability goals.
• Develop and manage mutually beneficial supplier relationships to drive growth.
• Negotiate, author, and manage supplier contracts and pricing structures.
• Provide consultative advice and competitive intelligence to leadership.
• Develop supplier scorecards and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Specialist and team.
