Job summary

DEX, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, is seeking a VP of Supplier Management to own the end-to-end third-party vendor lifecycle and governance. This onsite role in Camarillo, CA leads a high-performing team and partners with Legal, Finance, and Technology executives to align supplier capability with enterprise goals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in strategic sourcing and vendor management, plus strong ERP and analytics skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/related field required; MBA or certs preferred.
10+ years in strategic sourcing/vendor management/procurement.
Experience managing multi-million/billion-dollar spends and cost savings.
Deep familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms; strong data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Maintains relationships with vendors and negotiates major contracts.
Reviews vendor quality, controls prices, and manages inventory flow for efficiency.
Direct supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance management.
Manage department activities to meet goals and budgets.
Ensure project milestones and department goals align with company targets.
