Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality/ Manufacturing Engineering professional to lead supplier quality efforts and drive improvements across programs. You will define inspection processes, direct QA staff, and coordinate containment and corrective actions with suppliers.

The role requires a strong electro-mechanical background, DX readiness, and solid MS Office skills for reporting and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Equivalent mix of education, training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Defines, develops and implements supply base strategies driving supplier selection and cost savings.
• Leads containment and resolution of supplier quality issues across programs.
• Evaluates supplier performance and drives corrective actions via SCAR.
• Develops inspection plans and directs Receiving Inspection Auditors.
• Ensures timely resolution of production-critical supplier issues and CAPAs.
