Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality/Manufacturing Engineer to determine inspection processes and lead IQC activities within a dynamic supplier quality program in the United States. You will direct containment and drive corrective actions for non-conforming parts, coordinating across programs and manufacturers.

The role emphasizes SCAR leadership, supplier evaluation, and process improvement to achieve quality and cost savings. Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Electro/Mechanical background required for quality/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, metal stamping, and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements supply base strategies for supplier quality and cost savings.
• Provides updates to Quality Engineering Manager on execution of the strategy.
• Leads SCAR process for supplier corrective/preventive actions.
• Reviews supplier discrepancies and coordinates corrective actions.
