Job summary

You will develop QA plans, participate in new product introductions, and drive corrective actions with suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with five years related experience or equivalent.
• Proven project leadership with ability to manage multiple activities and drive to completion.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to lead problem-solving sessions.
• Change agent capable of influencing change within teams and processes.
• SMT process experience with SMT equipment and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions.
• Support quoting activities by participating in design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide input to guidelines.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive actions for supplier or customer discrepancies.
• Interface with departments to implement process improvements and standardize manufacturing processes.
