Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Miami seeks a Manager, Supplier Strategy to lead the development and implementation of internal supplier strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will partner with Commercial Effectiveness, Commercial Intelligence, and Finance to align supplier programs with business goals.

You will drive national standardization, manage supplier contracts, and support cross-functional teams across SGWS to optimize supplier performance and drive growth in the North

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in consumer products or consumer services.
• 3+ years in senior consulting roles; strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
• PM experience and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Intelligence and Effectiveness to embed standards and drive consistency across regions.
• Develop supplier national program design and execution across suppliers.
• Lead annual supplier & brand quad analysis projects with COE VP's and SDM Managing Directors.
• Coordinate with VP Supplier Strategy and senior teams on enterprise-wide commercial initiatives.
