Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Manager, Supplier Strategy to develop and implement enterprise-wide supplier initiatives. You will partner with Commercial Effectiveness, Intelligence and Finance to drive standardization, contract compliance and strategic supplier programs.

Qualifications

• MBA or related field is required or equivalent
• 10+ years in consumer products or services industry
• 3+ years in senior consulting roles
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Planning & Execution with Commercial Intelligence and Effectiveness teams
• Develop standard supplier processes, templates, and templates for activities
• Create and manage the Supplier Contractual Compliance Playbook
• Lead cross-functional projects across SGWS with VP-level sponsorship
• Support supplier expansion and alignment opportunities across RFPs and brands
• Coordinate with Finance, National Accounts, Digital and other teams across SGWS
• Oversee annual supplier and brand quad analysis with COE VP’s and SDM leaders
• Provide executive meeting and project support to Senior Sales & Marketing teams
