Job summary
Empower Retirement seeks a Senior Analyst Supplier Performance & Risk to oversee performance, compliance, and risk management of external suppliers. You will monitor SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards, analyze trends, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Procurement, and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
The role requires 4–7 years in supplier or vendor management, experience with external labor, and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in supplier management or related fields.
- Experience with external labor, contingent workforce, or third‑party service providers.
- Experience analysing supplier performance using SLAs/KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Maintain supplier scorecards and dashboards for performance evaluation.
- Lead supplier reviews, present findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support governance processes for external workforce and third‑party engagements.
