Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace FMC division in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to lead supplier recovery, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions to meet production commitments. The role requires up to 75% travel to supplier sites across the United States.

You will work with IPTs, procurement and engineering to optimize material flow, establish best-in-class processes, and push for continuous improvement, leveraging data to prioritize actions and achieve on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery through corrective action plans and recovery actions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of commitments.
• Serve as IPT focal point for material and supplier strategies.
• Establish procurement processes aligned with corporate procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive recovery strategies.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements across sites.
• Leverage data to set fulfillment priorities in line with site objectives.
