Arena Staffing is seeking a resourceful Supplier Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will coordinate supplier activities, manage onboarding and documentation, monitor performance, and support procurement operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across departments and maintain productive supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in supplier operations or procurement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating supplier onboarding, contracts, and invoicing.
• Proficiency with MS Office, supplier systems, and procurement tools.
• Ability to review agreements and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supplier operations and communications.
• Manage onboarding, registration, and due diligence documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with negotiations, pricing reviews, and contract terms.
