Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to support NAVSEA and Team Submarine in the Submarine Industrial Base Supply Chain.

You will coordinate administration, tracking, validation, and execution of investments through PIF and SDF processes, guiding governance and prioritization to improve supplier capacity and submarine production performance. Main responsibilities include cross-functional guidance, portfolio management, and executive-level briefings, with travel to supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain DoW Secret clearance.
• 10+ years experience with large, complex DoD/federal programs.
• Experience with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, defense programs.
• Knowledge of acquisition governance, risk management, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake to closeout.
• Provide technical and coordination guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Draft and maintain governance processes and investment schedules.
• Prepare executive investment recommendations and status briefings.
• Travel up to 10% to support supplier-site visits and reviews.
