Job summary

Serco-NA is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to support the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) Supply Chain Team, coordinating administration, tracking, validation, and execution of PIF/SDF investments for NAVSEA and Team Submarine.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop governance and risk plans, and deliver executive-level recommendations while ensuring alignment with SIB priorities and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to obtain the DoW Secret security clearance.
• 10+ years of experience with large DoW or Federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration, tracking, validation, and execution of PIF/SDF processes.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on investment planning and execution.
• Draft governance processes, investment schedules, and risk management plans.
• Analyze program requirements and develop investment recommendations.
• Facilitate multiple concurrent investment actions prioritizing by impact and funding.
• Prepare executive briefings and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
• Interface with government leadership and stakeholders on portfolio status and decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of PIF/SDF processes and templates.
