Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supplier Integration Manager for the SPARC Assembly to lead all supply chain activities including strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management. You will work embedded with project and engineering teams, accountable for meeting internal customer needs around capital equipment, tooling, consumables, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or supplier-focused environment.
• Experience supporting new product introductions for technical products.
• Understanding of ERP and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize purchasing processes for parts, subassemblies, equipment, and services (PO approvals, contract mgmt).
• Lead sourcing initiatives, select best-value suppliers, and mitigate risk.
• Negotiate contracts and statements of work with legal input as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and export controls.
• Provide timely updates to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to align procurement.
